  • Telkens opnieuw activeren app

    Al vaker gemeld in de recensies door vele mensen: iedere zoveel weken moet ik de app op mijn iPhone opnieuw activeren en weer vier rekeningen toevoegen. Gezien een reactie van ING op een van die reviews is dit al lang bekend, maar doet ING er gewoon niks aan.

  • Geweldige app maar..

    Het gebeurt zeer regelmatig dat bij het opstarten van de app het pop-up venster “Inloggen met Face-ID” niet automatisch tevoorschijn komt. Moet dan op het Face-ID icoontje tikken of de code invoeren. Heb de nieuwste versie geïnstalleerd en het toestel opnieuw opgestart

    Ondanks toezeggingen om die te repareren werkt de widget nog steeds niet als je zowel een particuliere als een zakelijke rekening in de app beheert. Wanneer lossen jullie dit nu eens op? Tot een jaar geleden werkte die combinatie wel.

    Het is een prima app! Maar haal aub de persoonlijke welkomsboodschappen maar weer weg. Zoals “complimenten, je let goed op je geld vandaag” dat hoeft van mij echt niet. Hou mij niet zo in de gaten.
