  • Haben ein Auto gemietet, dieses hatte schon einige Kratzer.Die Kratzer habe ich fotografiert und auf deren Webseite gespeichert, trotzdem wurde ein Kratzer mir zu lasten gelegt, obwohl der Kratzer vorher da war und dies über das Foto auf deren Webseite gesehen werden konnte. Glücklicherweise hatte ich alle Fotos auch auf meinem Handy gespeichert und der Fall wurde zu meinen Gunsten entschieden, aber erst nachdem 650€ von der Kreditkarte belastet wurden

  • We returned the car few minutes early and they charged us late return, a month later we also got a report, saying there is supposed to be a scratch on the left mirror, and that we have to pay 80 euros.. There was no scratch, it was a total scam. At the end we had to pay it, otherwise we would have even higher costs.

  • Das Personal war sehr nett aber nicht den mehr Preis zu allen anderen Mietwagennnbietern in Spanien wert. Am besten online vergleichen und mit dem Shuttle 10 min zu einem günstigen Anbieter fahren. Hier zahlt man das 3 fache für den selben Service

  • The main problem with my experience was that I was charged for unjustified costs:- €84 for a small scratch on the mirror, which I did not make (there are pictures of them in the attachment - judge for yourself)- €16 for late return - I returned the car 2 minutes BEFORE the scheduled time!I did not get comprehensible answers to my comments, only an invoice and a request for payment.In addition, the seller was very pushy with very expensive additional insurance, a more expensive car and other additional services.When I refused the additional insurance, the salesman argued in a threatening tone that in this case there could be high costs. However, I declined the insurance - this is probably the reason for their unjustified additional charging of costs.
