  • I cant not withdraw my money

    I cant not withdraw my money, getting a standard email answer from them, yesterday they called me Morris in the mail so i guess they send the same BS to every customer, if a customer can deposit it should be able to withdraw, its a fraud, so i have money in astropay that i can not withdraw and i cant use them anywhere, unbeleive, and the customer service is really bad

    Why do you often remove the methods of depositing money in your app? You don't see this will be a inconvenience for customers because it's been a week now and I don't see a way to withdraw money from my app,you have to deal with this issue because it is a nuisance.

  • Me robaron dinero

    Buenos d铆as. Recientemente he recibido una notificaci贸n en la app de astropay avis谩ndome que en 7 d铆as mi cuenta quedar谩 cerrada de forma permanente. A lo que me doy cuenta que el dinero que tenia desapareci贸. Solo me aparece como si fuera una transferencia que obviamente nunca autorice. No me molesta que me cierren la cuenta ni los motivos. Pero si que me saquen el dinero siendo que hacia media hora que hab铆a recibido la notificaci贸n. Estoy muy decepcionado de astropay porque me parec铆a una muy buena billetera y por sobre todo segura.
