  • Ripped me off too

    I ordered Nov 2016. Gold coin. Never got a call back. No response. Left several messages. Completely unprofessional business. I've tried contacting everyone I could. But no luck.

  • I want my money back

    Penn pre sold me over $4500 worth of 2017 silver eagles that where to be delivered end of Jan they cashed my check and two days later post a message that management was sick or something. Others were taking over and assured me I had nothing to worry about that they would keep the deal. Now they do answer the phone or reply to e mails. I have written the Atty General office in Texas they more or less told me they couldn't do anything about it. So much for Texas justice

  • Still Waiting!!!

    I feel so screwed by these people, they have not kept their promise to deliver my order or refund me nor do they return and calls or emails. I am forced to file a police report for the theft of my coins/money

  • Been nice doing business, you will be missed.

    Always A+ service when buying or selling coins. Recent shut down was surprising and they way they are handling it is better than anyone could ask for. Received notice of cancellation and got full refund promptly. Best wishes.

  • Ordered on 11/13 and 11/20. No shipment

    I called a few times and they are full of excuses. I'm thinking they might be going out of business. Their website doesn't even have product listed anymore.
