    not a knock on the product but on sender/Amazon. we got a clearly repackaged product. not surprisingly it did not work at all and had to be returned. for an item this expensive it's probably best to purchase direct from company or from a physical store.

  • Sold as a J7+ but actually a J7!

    Vaccum works perfectly as the J7 it was manufacturered as but it is not a J7+ I paid for. It lacks the extra features like mopping that I paid the difference for. Great product just ripped off by the seller by a misrepresented sale.

    Very disappointed! Ordered a new vacuum to replace mine that stopped working. When it arrived it was a used vacuum. Dirt still in the compartment.

    Absolutely love this vacuum, exceeded my expectations. I have 3 dogs and with the J7+, my floors stay very clean, no more hair balls. Of you have pets, do yourself a favor and buy this now!

    Had for 12 months. Biggest mistake purchase I have made in recent years. Constantly gets stuck in same place. Will not learn. Should have known better. Had another one years ago and did the same thing.
