  • Our stay was phenomenal. The room was impressive, spacious, clean and comfortable. Their staff was also very accomodating and helpful naking us feel very welcome and satisfied. Thank you to Kristine, Faith and Emad from the front desk team for a smooth resevation and checking in. Also big thanks to Rahul, the bellman who has very attentive with our luggage. Special mention also to Mary, from Guest relation who accompanied us all the way to our room while showing also the features of the hotel. She also help us settled and gave us a quick tour of our hotel room. Will surely come back here and reccommend this to our friends & family 👏🏻😊

  • The room is very noisy due to the sound of the people in the other rooms as if they were in our room and the room service never answers and if they do answer they do not help with anything.. The service is very bad and I do not recommend it at all

  • the services are very bad, i’m waiting my room 2 hours ! note that i came at 3:00AM.. & i’m waiting until 5:00, this is not ethical at all .. the receptionist are not helpful at all .. they promise me with a time & i wait more than enough.. very bad experience.
