  • horrible experience

    has taken 2 years and waiting 45 minutes online and bunch of hoops to claim $2600 IRA from previous employer. All i has was annual statement but according to this company was not information to claim my money. horrible! if company was indiana based would have contacted state to assist.

  • Slow, but decent service

    I’ve only been instructed to work with Inspira after my IRA needed to be rolled over to my current employer. Their self-service options to register are a bit shaky which then requires a contact to the support team (which is ‘experiencing high volume of contacts’ and had significant delays). Otherwise, can’t complain. Let’s see if my portfolio is successfully rolled over.
