  • free repairs just how they say and the founder wanted

    Bought a lightweight fleece c2019.Zip puller mechanism got ripped off the bottom.Patagonia sent me prepaid envelope, repaired and sent back. All free.Part of their eco policy to reduce wastage. Well done.
