  • I used to find Nayika a very reliable platform but now day by day it is losing that reliability...Last May 19th I ordered some products..Today is 27th May it's been 8 days but I still haven't received my item's.. Such negligence is not to be expected from such a platform like this.. 😔 not even getting any updates on the order details.... Now what should I do?

  • Received a damaged product, And when I went to return it, it rejected my request. I was trying again but everytime I try to upload the product image, it shows network issues. Tell me if there is a real network issue, then why it didn't happen when I placed the order. Giving 1 star because I couldn't give less than that. Thanks for your service.
