    This was a very useful app. When the new version came out it was a downgrade. Connectivity problems are now common. I rarely had a problem with remote start. Now problems are common. I would prefer the old version.

  • Terrible Update

    V 5.0.2 is not good. When I open the app, it tells me my car is already on, then it won’t allow me to turn the car off so I can restart it.
    The last version worked just fine.

    This version is terrible and missing a LOT OF FEATURES!!! I’ve got a powerboost F150 and I can’t even see the power status of the generator. The fuel level is missing. The tire pressure is missing. Terrible!!!!

  • Went from useful to virtually useless

    Can no longer see when the location was last updated or refresh location. I used this only a few weeks ago to recover our stolen vehicle. So glad the timing worked out that way. Interview real customers to get your requirements Ford

  • Faulty App

    Ever since the newest update. My app won’t start my truck!
    The slide feature is nice, but when I slide right to start, it just spins & then quits. And goes back to the “vehicle is parked” phrase. It used to say “vechile on” when started up correctly…

    PLEASE FIX!!!
