The reviews for the Tim Hortons app reflect a mixed customer sentiment. Many users appreciate the convenience, quick service, and overall functionality of the app, highlighting its value in providing deals and rewards. However, concerns have been raised about the quality of food and coffee, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction with high prices and poor service. Issues regarding app functionality, such as loading problems and lost points, also detract from the overall experience. While some users love the promotional offers, others desire more variety and frequent updates to the coupons. Overall, the sentiment indicates that improvements are needed in both the app experience and the quality of offerings to restore customer trust and satisfaction.

always pre order for pick up. very quick and seamless
I'm guessing every Tim Hortons is a little different to each other branch in comparison to other tim hortons. I'm giving 3 🌟 and the reason is if I make a purchase at the counter the employees seem to spit in the coffee☕️ I hope I'm wrong about this but also the tim hortons app shows I have 535 points. when I try to load page I'm ejected from the loading page or opens to a sign in or subscribe to the app and it shows 0 point balance and I need to be compensated for my lost points and profile.
Great way to save and snack at same time, great value all round
love the app. easy to switch from redeeming or using points.
It's okay. The app usually functions, but the user experience is clunky and slow. The deals are occasionally good, so check them out. Prices at the restaurant are unfortunately getting too high so the deals don't feel like deals anymore.
Tims is just kind of overall bad now. bad service, bad food, bad coffee. an empty shell of what was once an iconic Canadian brand. What used to be the first stop in every canadians road trip. Now awful, and no longer supported by me and my family.
