    Scam...they will take your money and not replace or fix your phone. I paid my money payments, broke my phone, paid the deductible and sent my phone in. I never received my phone back nor a refund for my deductible.

  • My phone cracked and is shorted no response from essuranty

    My phone cracked, and I filed an online complaint, and haven't heard nothing from these thieves. Charging me money for insurance, and not producing any responses. Buyer beware.

  • Terrible service from not responding to…

    Terrible service from not responding to emails, voicemails and failing to pay out a claim for a cracked screen. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to no avail. Even though I cancelled my policy via their website 6 months ago, they have charged my credit card for another year of coverage. This is truly a scam.

  • Took my money and ran

    Took my money and ran. They simply stop responding. I ended up paying out of pocket with them promising to reimburse. I never heard from them again after submitting all requested information. They did not even respond to the BBB complaint I filed. Run far away!

  • I started a claim

    I started a claim, filled out everything I needed to and esurrantty said they sent my claim to "accounts". Then they stopped replying to my messages. It's been over a month since I've heard anything.They're saying "The notes on your account show that the claims department is waiting for you to submit the claim documents". This is not true.

    The best bang for your buck with cell phone insurance. Reasonable deductibles. Phenomenal customer service. If you ever lose your phone or if it is not repairable, you will get a brand new replacement, not a refurbished one.
