Evri has ignored my request for replacing my products which were left outside the building and disappeared before I got home from work. Their driver left my parcel outside the Flat Building where I live without my consent and SHEIN WHOM I HAD ORDERED THE GOODS FROM HAS REFUSED TO REPLACE THE GOODS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. EVRI HAS ACTED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HOSTILE. EVRI HAS SHOWED OPEN HOSTILITY TOWARDS ME YET I HAD PAID FOR DELIVERY. THEY ARE COVERING FOR THEIR DRIVER’S CARELESSNESS. I AM NOW A VICTIM OF CIRCUMSTANCES. NEVER TRUST EVRI BECAUSE SOME OF THEIR DRVERS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE GIVEN EVRI ENOUGH TIME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AND THEY HAVE NOT. THE ONLY OPTI I HAVE NOW IS TO ENGAGE CONSUMER COUNCIL. BECAUSE I AM NOT LETTING EVR GET AWAY WITH THIS.
