  • Overall, a great place to stay. My only criticism is dining in the bar. I ordered a $50 dollar steak, medium, and it came out completely well done. If it wasn't for the delicious red reduction sauce, it would have been inedible.

  • All the power outlets are very loose and hard to use. Charging is important demand for everyone but the devices are too old.

  • Location was horrible. Only within walking distance to zoo. Even asked valet for recommendations and they told us not to walk in that area, which says a lot. Rooms were nice and service was great (for the most part). Hari at check in was the best!!
