The ambiance in the hotel was amazing, but we were mostly satisfied with the service. Every single staff was always smiling and helpful, and special thanks to Andrea for being so nice and caring! They made our vacation much happier, very much recommended!
Avoid like plague. Took 2 hours to check in because "system was down". 2 days later at checkout system was still "down" ?!? Stuff seems incompetent and unapologetic like it's not their problem.
Always enjoy staying here, the staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are immaculate.
Overall, a great place to stay. My only criticism is dining in the bar. I ordered a $50 dollar steak, medium, and it came out completely well done. If it wasn't for the delicious red reduction sauce, it would have been inedible.
All the power outlets are very loose and hard to use. Charging is important demand for everyone but the devices are too old.
Location was horrible. Only within walking distance to zoo. Even asked valet for recommendations and they told us not to walk in that area, which says a lot. Rooms were nice and service was great (for the most part). Hari at check in was the best!!
