  • mi experiencia con Thrifty Dollar Hertz fué nefasta ya que son unos estafadores. tras un alquiler de un solo día me cargaron un extra de 60€, tras más de un mes tratando de contactar con ellos me respondieron que era por fumar en el vehículo cosa que no pasó en ningún momento. Para justificarlo me mandaron dos imágenes en las que se ve claramente unos restos de frutos secos y no de ceniza, el problema es que es imposible contactar con ellos y no acceden a hablar contigo, son un estafadores a consciencia!!

  • Waste of money! Our flight got delayed but Thrifty assited me that, as I have put the flight number, mu reservation was safe. instead, I found their Office CLOSED! I Will ask immediately for a full refund.
