  • Our flight was delayed and noone waited for us, even though we provided flight number. Had to take taxi and return in the morning. Also airport signs for the car rental are very confusing. Car rentals are actually located 1 floor below luggage claim, not outside the airport.

  • Wouldn’t allow us online to select a 3:00pm pick up time, despite having the car available. We asked at the desk to pay for an additional hour, after having arrived at 2pm & they refused - made us sit & wait & said we should have paid €100 euro extra & book direct at the desk instead of online
