  • After resetting the mobile,,,it is very difficult to reactivate Google pay app,,,, you lose all the old data, records like rewards earned, transaction history,,,even UPI I'd changed,,,, customer care service very poor....they terminate calls,chats midway without offering any solution

  • Worst app ever. Payment gets stuck in processing mode. Amount gets debited but it doesn't reaches to the receiver. Due to this we had to pay again. Now after 3 days the stuck payment says transaction complete. Now we have to go back to the receiver saying that the previous payment got complete and had to ask for refund. If a payment fails they should roll back immediately. They should not keep the payment in stuck mode for 3 to 4 days with the money debited.

  • Gpay stopped opening since yesterday, goes to black screen. It is definitely a bug may be with screen size during loading. Get the developers to fix it Google, stop telling users to use latest app which itself causes the issue, i have tried re installing it, doesn't work. How ever if i split my screen than it works in a small splitted screen. Thank you for fixing it quickly. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐
