  • They don’t do comparison shopping…

    Tried to get a quote online but it didn’t let me finish. The next day I got a call from Chuck Robledo, I told him what we are looking for and what companies we wanted to avoid using. I shouldn’t be surprised when the only quote he keeps sending is from the one company we are a hard no on using, which is Progressive. They don’t have many agents where we live and it’s hard to get any kind of service for a claim. He has offered us zero in the way of other quotes.

  • Fund recovery took longer than expected.

    The process of recovering funds for my stolen vehicle took FOREVER. Copart, the company tracking down the title, was responsible for the worst delay, as they did not know what state the stolen vehicle was registered in (!!!?) and then could not figure out what paperwork was required. Almost three months elapsed from theft to payment.

  • We purchased beautiful new 2022…

    We purchased beautiful new 2022 fifthwheel reflection 311 bhs grand design. Economy keep from traveling. So we took there advise about renting it out. So need did and it was destroyed inside and we don't even know where it's at. But it not cover under our policy. We are out 90,000 dollars not covered. Wow really be careful with is no one will tell you truth
