    Excellent service. It has a great atmosphere for the holidays. Staff are super friendly. We felt very welcomed. Russel at the front desk and Porfirio at the Palm Court were great. We will come back to stay.

    Wonderful experience dining at the Palm Court. Khalid Chowdhury was my server assistant at the Palm Court and did a wonderful job - attentive and polite. Wonderful experience and can never beat the ambiance.

    Shalim provided excellent service and really made our first time at The Plaza special. He made sure we had everything we needed and frequently stopped by our table to check in. Our tea experience was exquisite.

    Afternoon tea at the Palm Court was outstanding. Our server Shalim Khan unbelievable. The atmosphere was fantastic especially at Christmas time. Just added to our overall stay making it a special time

    Fariz was amazing, he made you feel like you had known him all your life. His service was exceptional. We celebrated my birthday here and he brought out a little cake and it was wonderful. Such a lovely tea.
