Sorted 3 is a comprehensive productivity app that combines tasks and events. Users love the app's natural language recognition, dark mode, and calendar integrations. The app's only drawback is its lack of support for Windows and GitHub integration. Despite some bugs and syncing issues, Sorted 3 is a godsend for those with ADHD or difficulty organizing their tasks. The app's autoscheduling feature is a standout perk.Best for

I have been using this app for a few weeks now. It is extremely comprehensive and covers a lot of my needs from a task manager and planner. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I feel there is room for improvement in the schedule views. It would be really helpful in planning out the work week if you could see the schedule in a weekly view when needed. The daily view is great, but I really plan out meetings according to a weekly calendar. Please please do an update with a weekly schedule view! Thank you.
I absolutely love the ability to effortlessly place your todos in the schedule view (which includes your calendar items) for the day and give it a specific time. But!! I don’t even schedule everything! I might focus more on the start time for the tasks. Or I might keep the tasks more or in the timeframe I’m going to do them in. Nothing I’ve found makes it this effortless to manage todos and see them in relation to my time.
I really really hope this app survives.
This app is a god-send. It helps me structure my day when I generally have difficulty determining what I am supposed to be doing when. The auto-scheduling feature is INCREDIBLE and should never be overlooked. The Prov version of Sorted3 is absolutely worth it. I have tried so many pieces of software over the years, and this is the onlyl software that I stick with as someone who has ADD (inattentive type).
1. Please do frequent updates to the app. Seems like an idle app sometimes. Frequent tiny bells n whistles would keep the users active, n be awaiting for the next new feature😀
2. Apple Watch sync is not fast & dynamic. Frequently I had to open the settings to sync to Apple Watch.
3. Font size of show details (lists, tags) are pretty small. Shall provide option to control by the user/ shall adjust it’s font size a little bit.
4. What about a focus timer? That’s it, this app would become complete.
Time being it’s best of the best, imo!!! Very much user friendly, fast in iOS, Aesthetic, Legible, etc
I can't believe it is the 2023 ans this still has no sub headings inside lists. It has alot of cool features but without organization inside lists they quickly become cluttered and a total mess.
This app finally marks the end of my search for task managing apps. I have tried Habitica, Wunderlist, Todoist, and even OmniFocus 3, among other apps. What sets Sorted 3 apart for me is its ability to schedule tasks within the app. This app is, to my knowledge, the most efficient way out there to create and schedule tasks. Not to mention its design is sleek and beautiful. It is well worth the $15; I highly recommend.
