  • I got a credit limit assigned but could not works.

    I got a credit limit assigned but could not activate it. I have been trying to continue the activation process and the app gets stuck on. I informed zestmoney customer care about it and they told me the issue will be forwarded to technical team. It has been almost a week and the issue still persists. Please look into it.Thank you

  • Worst experience so far

    Worst experience so far. They have a chat option but a reply takes hours and hours with no proper solution. when it comes to deduction from a customer's account there is no technical error but to process a refund they will always have a technical error. The entire customer care support is sitting there to lie with no solution. and there is no higher management a customer can connect with or talk to, in short you will be stuck.
