  • User friendly!

    I love using Monster compared to other job board websites since it is so user friendly and there are so many listings available. There is even a “Quick Apply” option that sends your resume instantly to employers. I do wish that the search function had more filters such as a choosing a part time vs full time position. I also appreciate the “Remote Jobs Only” search filter but it is not completely foolproof, as some jobs will say that they offer remote work, but training is in the local area.

  • WORST JOB SEARCH APP

    Unless you’re looking for a job in nursing or CDL truck driving, this app is not for you. You will spend 20 minutes scrolling past the first 30+ postings of duplicate job postings which they don’t moderat, and when you reach out letting them know are sent the same weak “How to Use The Filter” articles twice. Indeed, Snagajob, and ZipRecruiter will get you the job!! Monster will give you a headache and a leave a bad taste in your mouth

    I’m receiving texts, calls, and emails for positions that are totally irrelevant to my resume. The app also recommends jobs that doesn’t have anything to do with my employment background. I’m deleting my profile.
