Paytm needs some improvements in its payment features and should provide physical debit cards and passbooks. It should also allow the use of Paytm wallet without KYC and open the loan feature for 18+ students. The app is great for recharge and transfer services, but the smart card recharge service is not working after the recent update. Overall, Paytm is a good app with room for improvement.
