The hotel is very nice. The only detractor was room size. It was smaller than we are used to and did not have a dresser, which we like to use.
this may be the dumpiest room of marriott properties that i have stayed at in years. rooms are outdated and ugly but worse part is odor. smells like they sprayed tons of air freshner to cover something up. really permeating everything and making me gag
Great location, but out dated rooms, tiny shower, congested toilet, loud hvac system. No coffee maker in the room, only available upon request. Nothing exceptional about service.
New years party was amazing!!!Rooms: Room was in the small side but contableNearby activities: Everything walking distance.Walkability: Is a safe zone in Downtown ChicagoFood & drinks: Good
Very disappointing.Wasted a bunch of points on a room that can only be described as austere. The shower was less of a shower and more of a dribble. Hallways and elevators badly in need of a refresh and update. We'll stick to the JW or Residence Inn in future
Better than I remember. I had a large understated room. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Would absolutely stay again.
