  • I had a problem paying and canceled the reservation only to make it again the minute. Neither Booking nor the hotel processed my refund and I had to complain to the hotel here. After that I was contacted and they processed the refund.My stay will be in May and I hope it will be satisfactory.

  • The location is perfect BUT the rooms are small and cold !!!!! The heating system doesn’t work and the room wasn’t clean ( disgusting) I couldn’t even take a shower because of the moldSafety: It was very safe and the staff were helpful but I won’t be booking again
