Mr.Parthban service advisor of Sree Lakshmi Motors greeted me when I visited this facility first time. He was very kind and advised me what is to be done to resolve the issue. Parthiban called after evaluating the repair cost which may take two days to finish.

Worst experience - They are not using hyundai genuine OE products, without our concern they are using poor quality after market products. I changed my shock absorber, oil filter and a few more.. each and every product they replaced are after market products also prices are too high... Be aware, Due to the poor oil filter quality it got damaged in the middle of the road and i lost almost all the engine oil. Also after service my cabin air filter seems to be missing which i noticed recently. Charged for a general service but they didn't even check my car.
