  • What a great concept! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, service was fantastic, and the views were phenomenal! The trade off for all this was room size, which we were aware of and really didn't mind!

  • Cannot fault this hotel at all! Rooms were clean, equipped with a steamer and hair dryer. Stayed in a Queen Room with city view on the 23rd floor, hotel has three elevators. There is a glass wall and sliding door that separates the bedroom and bathroom, just as a heads up to future guests. TV has a great list of channels, but also supports chrome cast. Hotel has loads of little eateries around it. Store called Bread and Butter around the corner that has everything you may need, with a CVS pharmacy just a block away. So many bus and subway links. Area is quiet, which is great for those adjusting to the time zone. Staff have been so lovely and accommodating. Has a rooftop bar on top. There is a little tea/coffee area just inside the door that you can purchase, along with other drinks and snacks. Kevin was brilliant with checking us in, very quick and straight forward with no issues. Side note - unless stated when booking, you have to pay City Tax and a $100 security deposit which is returned when you leave (depending on your room). Would highly recommend and would stay again!

  • Me and my mum stayed here In January for our first time to NYC it was absolutely amazing the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with questions I had about food spots near by and tourist traps to look out for. As others have said the rooms are very small however I personally didn’t have an issue as they already make you aware and we were only there for 5 days. The roof top view is amazing (especially when it snows). One thing I didn’t like was the toilet doors as you can pretty much see everything going on and they don’t actually close just slideOverall absolutely amazing place to stay and would definitely recommend to those who don’t have a problem with the small room sizeI’d like to say thanks to the staff for making my trip so amazing with their great hospitality and communication keep up the good workNearby activities: Your right on 31st so you have Times Square not too far of a walk and subways nearby which can take you anywhere very quickly

  • Superb place to stay. Rooms small but functional. Shower fab. Bed comfy. Very central. Coffee is hot and good quality and the staff can’t do enough for you. The roof top bar was closed but the views are breathtaking. The view of empire state is the best view you will get wherever you go In New York. And it’s free. We would only stay here if we return
