  • Restuarant out of business and no help exchanging it.

    I have a certificate for a restaurant that went out of business. They have a link on their website for restaurants that went out of business. Months later no reply. I have emailed with no answer. I call and sits on hold for half hour until I get bored and hang up. I can't believe a company like this can stay in business.

    I have over $400 in credits from all the restaurants that went out of business. There is no way I could possibly spend it. Besides all the restaurants on the site now being low end garbage, the deals are petty like $15 gets $30. They refuse to give me any of my money back. They won't reply to emails, chats, or calls.

    Scam company that's selling certicates to a bunch of restaurants that either no longer deals with them or has gone out of business. This company needs to be shut down if they're not going to update their list!

  • No customer service response to emails…

    No customer service response to emails (2 sent 30 days apart) and left on hold on two phone calls for 30-40 min. Finally, hung up. I wanted to change email and password to check unused certificates in my account. Waste of time and money. They do not respond. Save your time and money. Scam!!!!

  • Selling certificates that aren't useable

    I wondered why I couldn't redeem my certificate at Kobam's Grill or Milano's Italian restaurant here in San Antonio so I wrote and they answered back saying those 2 aren't accepting certificates anymore YET THEY ARE STILL LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! SCAM SCUM. Get it together or just shut it down!!!
