Mixed Opinions on Brigade Cornerstone Utopia: Amenities Praised, Security and Customer Service Concerns

Regret booking the house here… I do not recommend this builder at all.. even after paying premium for their name the service is compromised… for one document I travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore and after making me wait for 6 hours in their office they tell… you will receive it after a week….they don’t have proper funds tracking mechanism nor coordination to receive the funds…they want customers to take the responsibility… then why pay premium for this builder…they are still sending automated chasers and interest notifications on the amount that was already paid n no response to the email that was sent confirming the payment..

Brigade Utopia is an integrated township with upscale living standards. It is designed by NBBJ architects. Being brigade the quality is unmatched anyways.It has high street shopping and upcoming pvr inside. It also house 20 floor of office space.Clubhouse has almost all the amenities as seen in the photos..Almost everything is nearby in terms of radius of 6-7 km..Outer Ring Road is 6km..Whitefield is 4 km..Schooling - schools like Inventure academy, TISB, etc are just 4km..Outside this area also have stores like Croma, max, puma outlet store, eateries - subway, domino’s, chaipoint,Breweries - Nusa tropical brew villa.Shopping - forum mall, Whitefield - 4km.

The apartments are stunning – modern and incredibly inviting. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything you need for relaxation and connection. The clubhouse, in particular, has a warm atmosphere – a perfect spot to unwind or socialize with neighbors.

Great apartments and very nice, clean and safe society.If you are looking for flats for family, this is a great choice. All the amenities are available like gym, swimming pool, various sports , club house, Library etc.Also, there is buggy system available for those who need inside the society.

What can I say for Brigde . With so much trust I bought this house but now I am very much disappointed with the room size bathroom and windows . You could have given one single big window instead of two Windows jn hall . Even in all the room . All the rooms you have made in rectangular shape not sure where and how will make the cupboards. Even the bathroom door is very small .I am really surprise with architects. It was my mistake without seeing the model house I have booked the apartment.

Living in the society for quite sometime now and enjoying the peace . Most of the flats are still vacant and the commercial area is still not functioning. The project is definitely one of a kind with 45+ acres of land parcel, however few things like vehicle movements (single entry/exit lane) has been a concern since day one and could've been well planned.
