Apple Watch SE - Perfect for Newbies but Lacks Updates and Battery Life

Got this watch as a present. My first iWatch, no prior experience. As soon as I opened it a message came on that the battery needed to be charged. The package contains a 1 m C to magnetic disk cable, but ships without the cube adapter necessary to plug the cable into a power source. Without it the watch does not do anything, is but a dead dongle on my wrist. Given the price and the fancy packaging is this cube too much to expect?? I fee like returning it to Apple but do not want to upset the giver of this gift. My enthusiasm for this watch is waning.

El reloj en sí funciona bien, solo hay dos cosas que pensé serían mejores. 1. la batería dura muy poco, hay que ponerlo a cargar todos los días si se usa constantemente. 2. no se si es solo mi Apple Watch, pero el reloj cuando se quita de la muñeca se bloquea, y uno debe poner una contraseña al usarlo de nuevo; en mi caso hay veces que intento como 5 veces escribir la contraseña pero los números no los agarra rápido. Por ejemplo, mi contraseña empieza con el número 2 y en ocasiones debo escribir 5 contraseñas diferentes para que le sirva el 2. Es frustrante.

I returned the watch over a week ago because it was not compatible with my older iPhone and still have not received my refund, and they will not return my emails.

It isn't the watch or quality of the watch....sometimes apps can be finicky to connect! But once it connected, it works great. It took about a week of trying and I have no idea why the last time, it just connected quickly and is working fine.

I'd buy again!

It’s nice it tracks your sleep if the battery would last long enough. Doesn’t even last 24 hours and I’m not on my phone/ watch at work!!!!
