    Stopped in for lunch having stumbled across this hotel..lovely place millions spent,,shame they didn't brief the staff that a smile or some service might be a good thing..wont return ..real sham the decor etc was lovely

    The arrival was at the heigh on the web site: ease of access and parking facilities, caring welcome team, calm & clean rooms, pleasant breakfast room and team. The safety measures made me feel safe and welcome.

  • Modern comfort

    After spending some nights in lovely old chateaux in France it was nice to experience the contrast of a new, modern hotel. Very stylish interior, comfortable beds, good food. We can certainly recommend this place!

    Had a great stay here, beautiful new hotel, great room and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Ardennes. The welness and restaurant are also nice. Visited July 2020.

    Excellent room and welness. Ideal for a short relaxing break in the Ardennes. Good restaurant. In the middle of forests. Good fo hiking trips in neighbourhood. I would certainly choose this hotel again.

  • Superb hotel experience, outstanding breakfast, beautiful region

    We came back to R hotel after a first visit last year. Reasons being the overall hotel experience, the outstanding breakfast and very good food in the in hotel restaurant Umani. And the location in a beautiful region.
