    I have been with e-rewards for 10 years and have never dealt with a nicer bunch of folks.Everyone is so kind and helpful.I give this company and their management credit for such a goof working relationship!!

    Shocking service! I would have given zero stars if I could My account was suspended with no explanation given. I’ve been messaging for months trying to sort this and nothing!!! Stay away from this company. Once they decide they don’t want your custom anymore then that’s it. No communication at all

    Been a member of the panel for years and they've really upped their game with their new website and interface. I had a recent issue with a survey and contacted them through chat, the issue was resolved within hours! Thanks for the support! Highly recommend them!

  • Very good mostly

    Some surveys are way too long for the credit you earn and often the surveys crash, however, customer service is usually excellent in getting you credit for your time on crashed surveys. It could be much better but it all adds up none the less.
