Very boring read couldn’t finish it
I went on to buy other books from the same author. Wish I had this years ago.
This book isn’t a book you just read. There is great homework assignments. I use all the the thinking they suggest. It is helping learning to let go.
They tried to avoid using “you” and “your”, so they kept using “one” and “one’s” in a way that was confusing.
It is an easy read but filled with practical ideas and suggestions to implement. For those Type A's with control issues, it's a must read.
Thought it would have more to do with over thinking and letting go of things you can’t control. I should have read the chapter titles a bit closer.
