    Great hotel staff. Especially Aynur and Şükriye are great housekeepers. Thanks. I like the elevator sistem. Foods are perfect. They give small portions to not to be wasting. Great pools and sport center.

    Unbelievable cleaning service the cleaning staff was delightful. Rooms are in excellent condition so clean it is unbelievable. Ive never seen anything like it the cleaning was magnificent unreal unbelievable!!!

    Perfect housekeeping service;) they are very helpful and kind to us... especially those working in the 5th floor named GĂźldane and TĂźlay... as a family, we will remember this thermal otel with their delicate work.

  • A very good hotel

    The hotel was pretty good and the employees (yeliz etc.) were especially caring. The pools were okay but the interrior pools were kind of dirty. The food was really good. The fact that you could make your own saphetti was really fascinating!!

    Amazing food and restaurant, facilities are reasonable. Pool could be better managed to stop some people from jumping into the pool. Good location, staff are generally good. Rooms are very comfortable.
