NH Ghent Belfort is a centrally located hotel with modern, comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is nice. However, there are some minor issues such as dilute breakfast juices and a sauna not in operation. The water pressure in the shower is also lacking. Overall, it is a convenient hotel in a great location.

    Perfect place, right in the heart of the city. All best places are in a walking distance. Bells sounds from Belfort was a big pleasure to hear. Excellent service! We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. That was a pleasure to stay in NH Gent Belfort.

  • Requires maintenance

    The Deluxe XL room was spacious enough but needs thorough maintenance (light bulbs) and updates. The matras was uncomfortable (very hard), the noise from the street was clearly audible at night and the bathroom is outdated and wasn’t clean upon checkin (rust, hair).

    We had a great stay. Everything was perfect. Service and room were great and and the breakfast to. We will come back again. The location is also good, near the shops and restaurants. Gent is a beautiful city.

    Everything's are fine except, the reception staff refuge to give complementary water bottle when I back after meeting. but Overall I am very happy. Restaurant staff is very good and good food. I have enjoy a stay there. Satya

  • Excellent Hotel

    A very good hotel, indeed value for money. The room was very spacy and quiet despite the central busy location. Every staff member could not have done more to make our stay exceptional. Would stay here again any time.

    The best way to combine a short business trip with the basic discovery of this wonderful city. Just a few meters from the center and one of the best art pieces of the world (The adoration of the Lamb).
