they sent whatever they want
ordered the loot crate, got what looked to be fright crate (after 2-3 months of waiting). contacted the service, they wrote me back after a couple of days (after reading the reviews here i feel lucky) just to tell me that i bought a general crate that can have anything, so this time they chose to send stuff from the fright crate for some reason and they think it's ok to get something you didn't pay for. luckly i tried just one crate so that's only 60$ down the drain..

This company used to have a good reputation but its gone down hill . I will never purchase from them again . Three months late and when it was delivered, package was left in the rain, threw away . No replies to emails. Avoid

Ordered Gaming Crate - Cancelled with No Refund
Ordered a Gaming Crate in the middle of lock down (with the delays being advertised). 6 Months later, still no crate then I received an email to say the order had been cancelled. No refund, no responses to support tickets no matter how many times followed up. Avoid this scam of a company (since it's ownership change during covid)

They cancelled my order with no refund
I ordered two Junji Ito crates back in August and December of 2021 on a subscription. Neither of these crates were received. By June 2022, the company cancelled my crates on thier end and did not notify me of this. I have submitted countless tickets for my two ordered to receive no replies. No refund of my £80 has been sent, nor have thr crates.This website has provided crates in the past however is mismanaged and untrustworthy.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed.. I'm from the UK and waited many months for my Fallout Crate to arrive and it wasn't worth the wait. Only received four items, not worth the price at all and this is coming from a die hard fallout fan who has a large collection and was looking for unique finds. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am!! If your thinking of getting a Fallout Loot Crate.... DON'T!!!
