This works well at keeping him hydrated. Lightly flavored and he likes it.
I used this to help me to stay hydrated while breastfeeding. I love the pink limonade and the Peach Mango !
Tastes good. 1 scoop per 1-1.5L of water seems good enough. It may seem expensive but one container lasted me almost 4 months of daily drinking; do the math and it is far cheaper (and probably healthier) than cases of gaterade.
These are wayyyy sweeter than I imagined they would be. I LOVE the mineral content of them though, way higher potassium and magnesium than other brands. I know it's Stevia sweetened but it tastes like aspartame. They also don't dissolve fully; I could have a glass going for hours and stir everytime I take a drink and there is still white granules left at the bottom. Slightly metallic aftertaste as well.
These taste pretty awful. Very powdery tasting. We normally buy Propel and love them but thought we would try something new. We would NOT buy these again.
Love this product, good energy and taste is great.
