Disappointing experience at a tired hotel in Antwerp

Koningin Astridplein 7B, Antwerp 2018 Belgium

The hotel in Antwerp is in a convenient location near the train station, but the area can be unsafe at night. The hotel itself is starting to show signs of wear and tear. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The rooms are cozy but the elevator situation needs improvement. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price.

    The location was close to the train station. Excellent bed and sleep quality. Thermostat in the room could be better and so could the bathroom fittings. Very little and awkward space given to tea/coffee station.space

    First time in Antwerp and great hotel good location for exploring the shops just a short walk from the central train terminal opposite. Took about 20 minutes directly to the cathedral more if you get sidetracked.

    Bad service, we sitting at the lobby but the security keep there eyes on us like we are not there customer and Another time we waiting for elevator reservtion came and ask <> What???? Bathroom Not clean

    I had great expirience with hotel and it is great value for money, great location. Altough i was there for one night, i would choose it again. Keep it up that way, and you will always be full, and have returning customers.

  • Worlds cross

    just ok with a number of mix ups with staff on arrival and over a breakfast charged but not had. Awaiting the hotel to come back to us with a response and refund. but these thigs are always difficult to conclude
