Fairly speaking, their product is really good. Just one thing I noticed that this Pumpkin one seesm to be not so attractive (smell and taste) for my pug than the Rice one. It might depend on a dog, but I am wondering if they can improve the smell and taste more attractive for a pug.
The taste n quality of the food wasn't the same every time we have ordered... chunks are bigger n not cooked well and defn the recent purchase isn't of good quality and our pet doesn't even go near the food.
Spoilt product. Packet fully damaged when it arrived. Packet was coated with some brown powder. Looked infested to me.
Its an average product, different smell when compared to fresh ingredients so can say there are preservatives for sure. My dog ate it happily but from next day onwards he stopped having his regular meals and kibbles. Will not buy again.
My dog loves it. Really good complete food
Well, it became my dog's favourite evening snacks.
