  • Not as good as expected. I stayed here for two nights, and shampoo always empty for which I thought they will check it and refilled it as they should , but when I made a complaint about it, the reception asked me if I ask for room service….. Shouldn't this be something that should be checked every day by hotel? Why do I need to check and request? It's really unreasonable to ask such a question. It's really not as good as Hampton nearby. I really don't understand why Hilton Bankside's online rating is so high.

  • Visited here for a mocktail masterclass and cupcake decorating with the bridge charity nearby. Lovely atmosphere upon arrival, and all staff were friendly, and we were welcomed with mocktail drinks and bites.

  • Super sauberes, gemütliches Hotel. Tolles Badezimmer. Es liegt ruhig und dennoch sehr nah am Tate. Sehr kinderfreundlich mit vielen Besonderheiten extra für Kinder. Es riecht extrem gut in dem Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

  • Often given reviews online as the best Hilton in the UK and after a fantastic stay we can see why. The room, pool area, and executive lounge were well cared for and overall had a great vibe. Location was perfect for us. Thanks to all the staff for helping make this a special stay.

  • Negative point: This hotel requires a credit card deposit during the stay. It's a bit strange, but not a problem for me. What I do find annoying is that this amount remains blocked for already up almost four weeks after departure because the hotel apparently cannot de-activate it properly (and refers to the credit card company for this). It really seems like the hotel is doing something wrong!

  • Beautiful well run Hilton.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rooms: The rooms were beautifully clean and well presented.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Borough Market, Tate Modern and a plethora of great restaurants.Safety: The security was very good. You require a key card to access the lift / stairs to the rooms. There was a safe in the room for valuables. I also noticed, while having a drink at the bar, that the security staff were regularly doing their walkrounds.Food & drinks: The breakfast was delicious! With an amazing selection.
