From check is to room service, restaurant to butler service, bell boy to conceierge, phenomenal service.   • It was the worst experience ever in my life..Never thought that in this kind of hotels stuff are clearly cheating people..Today I leave my car in valet parking of the hotel,coz my sisteris disabled person on crutches,she can't want long...and they took my car with silence,and smile..after 1.5 hour they told me that I have to pay 100dhm for valet...For my question why they didn't informed me before I gave the car,all was silent again.I"m not a tourist,living in Dubai more than 10 years..but 1st time saw that horrible cheating.Never go back there,even if my husband VIP member...
