    It does a great job!! We vacuumed the rug the day before. It was unbelievable how much dust and dirt came out of the rug the next day. Mopping function is great does a great job!!

  • Life Changing

    If you have kids or pets or just a big house this is a must have. To be honest before this I was always skeptical or robotic vacuums. Do these really work? Do people really need this? Is it worth the money. Emphatically yes to all three. This cleans the entire downstairs of my house (1000+ square feet) carpet, hardwood, and tile, to gleaming perfection in an hour. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Kids spilled something? Two taps and the robot is mopping the kitchen. Messy play I. The living room? Clean that please. Everyone’s asleep and I want to wake up to a clean house? Do your scheduled cleaning at night and go charge. This thing is great. Highly, highly recommend.

  • Not what I thought

    In the first week it tried to eat a sock and got jammed, thought it was supposed to avoid such things.
    After that I found long fringe on the end of throw rugs is an issue. Jams the dual brush every time.
    Yesterday it found a piece of paper than must have fallen onto the floor and it sucked it in, that's on me.
    Today it can't find the way back to the dock and the map is gone. No idea why that happened? Its less than 30 days old and I have had to just carry it from where ever back to the dock several times. Not sure this one is as good as they say.

    Products fail towards the end of warranty and dealing with the customer service is a pain. You usually end up shipping the whole robot/dock etc. and source a box…

  • Amazing on Hard Floors. Poor Performance With Carpet

    This robot vacuum has a lot of features and I watched hours of YouTube reviews that led me to get it. It’s fantastic on hard floors in every way. Even the mopping feature is amazing.

    For carpet? It sucks in a bad way. IT REALLY SUCKS. Even at the ultra MAX+ suction setting, it leaves ALOT of surface level dog hairs. We are talking longer hairs on top of the carpet that can freely move around. Sure, it still gets dust and dander, but not the bigger hairs.

    My older Neato D7 blows this thing out of the water. It’s so poor and such a let down that I had to give it a 1 star review. All the cool technology in the world can’t make up for it failing to perform at its primary function, which is vacuuming.

    The photo attached is an example where it has gone over the same spot 3 times on the MAX+ setting and left tons of surface hairs. Now I have to buy another vacuum to handle this issue.
