  • Beautiful photos, still missing a lot of the world

    I would describe this book as one containing summaries of potential trips by land, dearer way, rail, foot and a culinary focused chapter.

    Overall I liked the book itself. It’s very big and the pages are long. Photos are very beautiful, but I wish it highlighted more of the world content wise. I felt like a lot of underrated places didn’t make the cut.

    I did appreciate how it listed links and suggestions for the trip recommendations.

  • Nice book. Not shipped with care.

    While this is a nice book, you may benefit with ordering it as a separate item…with the hopes that somebody actually supports the binding with cardboard and/or plastic wrap. Mine came in a box (granted along with other items) as-is…not covered or secured even remotely which resulted in scuffs on the edges of the sleeve. That’s a shame.

    Product is great but the book is heavy and the box that it was in was torn and the corner of the book cover was ripped. Would suggest wrapping the book before mailing.

    I like the edition, but Amazon.com LLC shipped a used book. Stains all over the cover, small dents and scratches. Disappointing!
