  • Clean water

    I have used brita for a while now and have no complaints with the company. Water here tastes like alkali and this setup seems to do the job it was made for.

  • Cannot return

    Do not buy. I bought this and it did not work for my sink. I was unable to return it. The only option amazon gave me was to contact the manufacturer. Be careful when purchasing this product.

  • Be careful not to let hot water go through the device.

    We installed the unit in the kitchen. It was the third one we had. The prior two unit failed after six months because the flashing light on the dispenser stopped working, so you could no longer tell if the unit was filtering properly. The others were replaced at no charge but the reliability of the unit must be called into question.

  • Always breaks after a year

    Deciding in switching to a different brand because the indicator on this has failed after a year in the last two models I’ve bought. Customer service was helpful in replacing mine free of charge after my last one broke, but now this one is broken too. It also becomes very difficult to turn the handle to switch the filter on and off after a while, so the device itself is difficult to use overall. Time to get a different brand I guess.

  • Good Filter

    I bought this after the water in my town was labeled undrinkable for a while. It's a really great filter that's super easy to install and the filters aren't difficult to change too. I drink a lot of water (I fill my 32 oz bottle probably four times a day) and my whole family does too. Even with that, I'd say the first filter lasted us about four months with consistent and excessive use.

  • Good filter!

    I love how easy this was to install and the light blinks when I need to replace the filter. I’ve had it for about 3 months and I still don’t need to replace the filter so I think that’s a good value for money.

  • No complaints

    This is my second filter from Brita in the past 2 years and I have never had an issue. This filter system lasts and I like how its not bulky on your faucet like other filters can be.

  • Lasted 45 days.

    I didn’t get 4 months use. I got a month and a half before it needed replacing. Not even close to 100 gal. Ordered new filters, the box arrived already opened inside the amazon shipping packet. Wondering if they are used filters..

  • Great tasting water

    Four out of five stars because it works well and the water tastes great. When the hose water temperature gets over 100°, the rotary selector let's all three sprayers run at once making it difficult to get filtered water (and very slowly) with the other jets wasting water. I am very satisfied with the taste of the water and I can't taste the rubber hose my RV is connected to.

  • WOW!!! Huge improvement!

    I had the silver Brita with the turn on the side-See that review on here. This one is the bomb so far. Easy to install- it has an easy slide to change to 3 choices- Filter water--- reg running water and spray! It looks great and works great. So happy with this one. It has a flashing light that tells you filter is being used and when to replace.
