    This is not a new product, beware.
    We orderd this twice, and both times the earbuds arrived DOA and would not charge. Took them to the Apple store and they said that the headphones had already been registered in 2019 and were not eligible for any kind of warranty.

    I loved them when I had them, I ended up losing them due to the lack of tracking functionality. Recently with the pro, pro 2, and pro max it kinda falls behind with sound and functionality. But overall very well and quickly became an essential part of my life

    These headphones worked really well for about 2 years. Now they only connect for about 50 seconds before the connection is dropped. Wouldn't recommend if you need a long term product for the price.

    Too large and fall out of my ears constantly. Sound is basic. Really not worth the price I paid. Unhappy that I wasted my money.
