    Terrible service. Their DNS settings are all screwed up and they do not know how to fix it for you.edit after reply: I spoke on 4 occasions to the team via chat and nobody removed the erroneous record. I asked Canva, the site I used to build the website, which one to remove and they helped me.

  • I am having a critical blocking issue which your engineering team is holding.

    I am having a critical blocking issue in my end due to Domain.com's problem. (Cannot create new Google Workspace account)I first reported to Domain.com on April 19 Friday KST which will be April 19 Friday very early morning EST. And I was told that this issue is already known to engineering team in Domain.com. Since this issue is blocking one of paid services for Domain.com, I strongly believe it is very critical issue which requires immediate attention and fix.I tried to get any updates from Domain.com for the whole weekend, and still Domain.com's engineering team is not fixing and no one know about ETA for the fix.I would really like to throw a question if your engineering team or cloud operations team is aware of the importance of issue, and tried to fix on weekend.You should have delivered a clear message to end-users who paid for this.

    I wish there was a negative star. Terrible experience. Cannot get my Auth code for a week. They are thieves and liars. Basically stole my property - my domain. Stay away from these thieves.
