  • Wise kills user's account without reason

    I have verified Wise account containing some transactions.However, yesterday I found that my account was suddenly blocked without any reason.I had heard that Wise closed accounts with no reason, and I not believed.But I was experienced and I believe it.Please stop to use Wise. Wise is surely trash service.

  • Impossible to get hold of an operator.

    My account probably got hacked.The help is so rubbish i am not even able to contact customer support from the app. I keep being redirected in a maze of useless predefined Q&A.No way i can contact support
