This was a fun book to read that re-ignighted drive and motivation for seeking a group of likeminded people to continually encourage me to work towards my goals NOW. Glad I picked up this copy and read it.

A must read! Highly recommend for seasoned investors as well as new. It's different in that there are actionable steps along with great advice. Paul's insights are invaluable!!!

This book was just OK. Nothing ground breaking or awe inspiring. Not much stuck with me after reading it. There are a few nuggets here and there. When I read a book I just want to read it, not have constant distraction and that's almost what every page has - an extra large font pop-out of text already on the same page. It's on par with canned laughter from a sitcom trying to tell me what's funny. The large quoted font detracts from the read and it's like a highlight of what I will eventually read anyway. It's a book, not a magazine.

I like David Osborne as far as I can tell from some of his interviews and what he has to say. This book is something that'll probably end up at the Dollar Tree. I gave my copy away for free.

It was a great read but to my view condensed and consolidates a lot of practical wisdom. I mostly enjoyed the ideas of life audits and financial vision, and of course the mentality / mind-frame necessary to achieve success. I took lots of notes and highlighted a lot so it was a valuable read.

This book was a great read. Paul &David really dived in into the the steps of building wealth. I felt like I got to know them a little bit more and their journey.

Zipped through this book and loved it all. Anyone looking for inspiration and guidelines to pursue an entrepreneurial path will love this book

The theme behind this book is that to become wealthy is a mindset and you have to convince yourself what you believe you can make reality. Also, tips and considerations for your journey are provided for investors and entrepreneurs.

Great book

Incredibly tactical, useful information from a couple guys that have amassed substantial wealth. It's a rare find on a lot of levels.
For starters, there just aren't that many well written books by people that have accomplished why David Osborn has.
Beyond that, there's very little fluff in this book. It's page after page of solid, actionable information - and that bring me to another point; it's not all conceptual.
There are a lot of books that give great concepts but don't break down the specifics. Wealth Can't Wait does a great job of giving specific actionable items without it feeling like minutia.
High recommend

This is a great read for anyone along the personal development track. Osborn provides great wisdom into the pitfalls, simple deployment strategies, and mindfulness exercises that come with wealth creation, and I personally enjoyed working my way through this.

Most effectively, this book serves to reinforce for me - since I've been going through book after book on wealth for years now. However, I do appreciate the thoroughness with regards to the examples used, the narrative of the overall message, and the way the book is organized. This book is a great read for someone that's looking for simple and immediate ideas to step into a different way of thinking.

Most importantly, I think Osborn does an effective job of nailling down a few main points, namely where your path has to start, what challenges you will face, what you will have to give up (in the best of ways), and what this will get you. Some books only point to one or two of those, and do a great job, but this is a comprehensive guide.

I highly recommend this as a book you invest in. Take the time to go through it, and I have no doubt you'll learn something from it. I'm planning to go through and read again, or buy the audio book and continue to brain wash myself over and over. Thanks so much!

i have given away multiple copies of this book. it is an excellent overview of what it takes to be wealthy, tactics and strategies and specific ideas that have a real.impact on turn your life. My daughter loves it and she just got out of college. enjoy

This book is fantastic! Very clear and sound messages from their personal life experiences. This book has changed the way that my wife and I approach life.

It could just be called "The Humble Brag" or "Not So Humble Brag. I'll save you the money, time and effort. The message is: We own 100,000 units which they will tell you about a dozen times, hang out with rich people in order to do more business, hire coaches, and have your wife draw you a picture of your private plane and porsche and you can be like me. Oh ,and we were fool arounds but we stopped that and lost weight. And my wife is an exceptional artist.
It actually took one of them to see a guy in a wheelchair to appreciate what he has. Does the phrase shallow and self centered pop up here for you? So, just hang around with rich people and you'll think like them.
Really, save yourself. Don't bother with this vanity book.

If you’re looking for a book geared towards type-A individuals on how to build wealth and take massive action, definitely go for it.
