  • This is the worst scheme in history of apps.

    I was left stranded in Niagara Falls because an “operator” miscounted the people in the bus. We literally saw them leaving and won’t stop when they saw us running after the bus. I complained and got tossed around by both of them. Viator blamed the operator and the operator blamed Viator. No refund, or even an apology.

    I decided to use them again in Japan. Same case. When things go south Viator would blame the operator and the operator would blame Viator. It’s a perfect scheme since you get in the middle of both and Viator hides behind the policies you don’t even read about. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Hire operators yourself. Hire tours yourself. You can dispute the charges on your credit card and avoid get robbed or scammed.
