The spreads at times are crazzzzzyy, lot of slippage and they’re unregulated so they will eventually when you start being profitable cut you off! Get over to ic or hanko trust me I didn’t have to put this review up but I feel like there are lots of fake reviews up here. Just see it for yoself follow the charts and you’ll see all the crazy stuff happening right in front of you.     They don’t even deserve a star, it will take ages for your withdrawal to arrive and it will get deposited to your account partially not full amount, they also take sometime to reply to messages.

    Support is miserable. ProTrader is simply not working properly, and the account is disabled after few minutes inactivity. Even with trades open. No-Go. What a trashy platform.

    Vantage markets lo recomiendo principalmente por ser un brĂłker regulado y transparente, aportando tranquilidad, ademĂĄs de ofrecer diversos activos y tener una buena atenciĂłn al cliente 24/7. Opera en multitud de paĂ­ses algo a tener en cuenta.

  • Possible errors in charts and actual prices

    After an error in the system the charts were blocked and showed the wrong prices at that time, I contacted them and they told me this is possible (sometimes you get extra sometimes you lose...) I lost 500 euros+ had to exit the trade because I didn't understand what was going on. There was a difference of 50pips, the chart blocked and moved very slowly, the broker charged different prices than was indicated tho. It was not my internet blocking or anything because I was following another trader who had exactly the same problem on the same vantage charts that exect time.I contacted them but of course they didn't find a bug. The only conclusion was that this is normal.A few days later I had a similar situation with proof from screenshots, the candle was just super wrong. But that didn't matter.So therefore 2 stars, because yes most of the time it works, but they don't help if you lose because their system failed for more than 15min

  • trato Inicial despectivo , agresivo y mas que desagradable

    De esta plataforma me llamo un tal Enrique , de una manera agresiva , cuando le comente que me lo queria pensar me empezo a faltar al respeto, y posteriormente me volvio a llamar un supuesto jefe , insultandome y tratandome como si fuera bobo por no suscribirme a una aplicacion bursatil que opera en paraisos fiscales y sin licencia en espaĂąa.He tenido que bloquear los telefonos para intentar librarme de ellos.Tras 27 aĂąos como operador de bolsa , me da pena que exista gente en este sector como esta.

  • Well I just join Vantage...

    Well I just join Vantage and still studying it. I'm about to start trading soon but when it come to customer service they're ok to me. I wish they had an option like IC Market where you can contact them directly on a social media and have a live agent chatting with you. But, otherwise I like it so far

  • Everything is just perfect

    Everything is just perfect. The customer service is very fast and easy and they're helpful and very polite. The broker is amazing. Everything about Vantage is perfect for me.
